The Common Area

We are located just 15 Minutes southwest of downtown Milwaukee and its many Summer Ethnic Festivals, the Milwaukee Art Museum with its nationally recognized Calatrava design and countless other downtown attractions. We are just 10 minutes from the enclosed Milwaukee Brewer stadium and the Milwaukee County Zoo. The Lawson House is also close to many historic destinations, all types of shopping, golf courses, dining of all levels and Whitnall Park – “the Crown Jewel of the Milwaukee County Park System” - with its Botanical Garden & Nature Center.

The common area is decorated in the original Mission and Arts & Crafts style from the early 1900’s. There are settings for reading, playing card or board games, watching satellite television - the fireplace, or just casual conversation.
